All estimates are subject to our written proposal and signed service agreement.

5. Scheduling

Project schedules are estimated only. Completion dates may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

• Client-requested changes;
• Other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Inspections

Where applicable, insulation work may require municipal inspections before drywall installation begins.

Great North Drywall & Interiors is not responsible for delays caused by inspection scheduling, municipal authorities, or third parties.

7. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Our workmanship warranty applies only to services performed directly by Great North Drywall & Interiors and does not cover:

• Normal settling or structural movement;
• Water damage;
• Excessive moisture or humidity;
• Impact damage;
• Damage caused by third parties;
• Improper use or lack of maintenance.

Warranty claims must be reported within the applicable warranty period and may require inspection before repairs are approved.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Great North Drywall & Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the services provided under the applicable agreement.
